If you worked as crew in Bristol Bay — including deckhands, tender crews, or processors — this standing rate is for you. Captains are not eligible. The honor system requires no employment verification.

You ran deliveries, offloaded fish, and kept everything moving when the fleet couldn't. Underrated work — and we know it.
Processors
You kept the processing line moving through long shifts and hard conditions. Your work is included in this crew rate.

$1,850 Per Hunter
A permanent rate for the Standard Trophy Package only: the same 3-day private-land hunt and personal guide, offered at $1,850 to eligible Bristol Bay crew.

More Than a Hunt
The hunt is the same as anyone else books. What changes is everything around it.
Three-Day Trophy Hunt
Three days of personal, one-on-one guiding on private land on Molokai. Choose rifle or archery at the same Standard Trophy Package price.
Transport to the Grounds
Pickup from the airport or hotel, or meet at the farm with your own rental car and travel together to the hunting grounds.
Field-Dressing Guidance
You do the field-dressing work while your guide coaches you. Game bags are provided.
Farm Fruit & Refreshments
Fresh farm fruit and refreshments back at the farm after the hunt. This is informal and not a catered meal plan.
What Doesn't Change
This rate applies only to the Standard Trophy Package. Rifle or archery is the hunter's choice at the same package price.
